New Children’s Daycare Pavilion.

This new purpose-built pavilion was complete in 2021 to provide additional accommodation for an existing thriving childcare business in the village of Insch.

The single storey self-contained building provides a secure and safe environment for 3-12 year olds and wrap-around care.

The L-shaped plan provides a large open-plan space, cooking facilities, cloakrooms and separate TV room for the children to complement the existing set of buildings on the site.

The building sits within the external play area and allows free access for the children.  It is clad in a dark grey metal profile sheeting to the roof and walls, broken up with areas of larch cladding.

The bright and airy interior provides a flexible space which can be changed around or zoned to suit the children’s and staff requirements. (click on images to view)

Kelty CO-OP – Retail Project

Completed: February 2023

Architect: Azuora Architects

The Kelty CO-OP retail unit was successfully completed in February 2023. Azuora Architects led the project from post-planning stages through to final completion on site.

This approach ensures the final retail space can be tailored precisely to the operational requirements, layout preferences, and branding standards of the tenant. The project demonstrates Azuora’s capability in delivering efficient, adaptable commercial units that support the evolving needs of modern retailers.
